We want you to love your Mudpuppy pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, intimate apparel and final sale items are non-returnable.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all Mudpuppy designer tags and labels are still attached.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
